So I did it. Kind of. I did my 2 sessions, with a few glitches along the way. First off, I’m terribly rusty. Maybe just an excuse for not getting all out, maybe not. One mile morning workout was not so bad, although I have to admit that I was almost out of breath at the end. Lame.
Now, this is definitely NOT an excuse. My aim to run 3 miles on my second session didn’t go as planned. Not even close. 3 miles on a moderate speed? Heck, I couldn’t even do 2 miles with constant running! After running the first mile, I could feel my legs given up on me. I had no choice but to slow it down a bit. I ended up going 2 miles in total.
In all, I think it was a decent workout. I have to be able to run 2 miles on a constant speed by the end of this week.
Here’s to a better workout tomorrow, and a Barcelona win at Old Trafford🙂
